During service, If your product is deemed to be beyond repair or parts are not available for service you will be offered a free hall away and pay you up to $150 per your product type.

Restrictions apply. Not all that apply will qualify for service. Pre-paid labor is nonrefundable. Installed electronic components are nonrefundable. Only appliances listed below qualify for reimbursement.
Have Peace Of Mind In Our Upfront Expectations
Haul off service does not include uninstall or removal from dwelling. All plumbing and electrical connections must be disconnected prior to pick up. Appliance must be uninstalled and placed in a covered area outside the home undamaged.

What if my appliance still has warranty?
Our services are for out of warranty only. Please contact your warranty provider to work with a service center in their network.
Can I cancel the haul away after service?
Yes, you have until the appliance is picked up to cancel at any time.
How does billing work?
Our flat rate is prepay only. Want to qualified for our program you will be sent a link to pre-pay for labor specific to your client type.
Will I get a receipt for my haul away
Yes, once your appliance is picked up and reimbursement paid out you will receive a Digital receipt detailing the product and payment.
